Average Food - Food very basic, lacking in flavour, overcooked pizza and fries, ran out of some beer. Place wasn’t overly busy. Put in the corner.

Literally gave us menu took order gave us Bill, no conversation or customer service at all. Just rolling eyes and apathy. Food arrived, 3 pizza 1 canneloni, our friends pizza was inedible as it was hard as a rock and he said it looked and tasted like it had been cooked twice, could not even cut it, the glass of white wine was house wine and undrinkable. The waitress said she would check bottle but never came back. We were embarrassed to have taken our friends here. It was quite so no reason for lack of service. Over £90 worse off. Used to have jolly and great service and food.

In this day and age it's rare that an advert lives up to it's billing but... read more yes, the lunchtime menu really is £5.50 with ~20 choices.

Price aside it really is very good value for money. The pizzas were very tasty. Yes they are half 'a pizza'. But perfect for lunch so you aren't feeling bloated all afternoon.

Then came the bill - £5.00 for... read more 2 small, flat diet cokes. Locally, you pay anywhere from £1.00 to £2.50 for a pint for Diet Coke. Charging the equivalent of £5.00 a pint is a rip-off by anyone’s standards.

The staff were so genuine and kind and all over service was excellent. The food was quick yet fresh & delicious and my younger sister who is usually a fussy eater ate everything no problem! Could not recommended enough.
And the decor was really cosy.

  After a warm welcome from the staff the food was awful. Burnt pizza, poor quality steak and not cooked to the customers request. It was returned and no one asked... read more if it was ok. The steak remained uneaten along with most of the pizza. There was no offer to correct these problems.we were just rushed out. With plates being collected whilst still eating. The waiting staff then proceeded to eat a meal at another table. The waitress who waited to see us out was polite but unaware of how unhappy we were.
This was a special occasion, ruined by the lack of care and terrible food. We will not be returning and would like to make others aware so they don’t have the same experience.

  We ate here recently after reading some good reviews. My partner and I ordered two different pasta dishes which tasted identical. Shockingly bland & completely tasteless. Hardly any ham/chicken/bacon etc... read more used and just tasted like cooked pasta, mixed with an unseasoned tomato sauce. Incredible really, considering some of the reviews I’ve read about this place. Would never return.
